12 Month Well Check-Updated

This morning was Gracie's 12 month well check up! Here she is before we left in her cute Janie and Jack overalls and new shoes.

She wanted one last play with the Leggo table and we were off. (She loves this thing Joy!)

Good news: Gracie is in good health and she said she looks wonderful. Here are her stats:
20.6 pounds (47th%), 30 1/4 (80th%). I thought she was going to weigh more than that!
Poor baby got a total of 6 shots. She got part of her flu, chicken pox, MMR, strep, Hepatitis A, and DTaP. Luckily it was 2 nurses doing them so fast, it only lasted about 10 seconds. She screamed her head off! I came prepared with a paci, her lovie, and sippy cup. Her Dr. also said not to stress about her hating milk. She said to give up for a little bit and try again in 4-7 days. She even suggested chocolate or strawberry flavored milk too. She said it wouldn't be the end of the world if she doesn't like milk as long as she gets calcium from other things. It's a good thing she likes cheese!

She'll go back in 1 month for the 1/2 part of her flu shot then not again until 15 month check up. Yea! I am so glad no more shots for awhile!!!

She says:
Mum, Da-Da, Uh-Ohh and she points to Jack when we say his name.
She loves peeking under tables and chairs for toys. She loves music and will bop side to side. She likes going for walks and being outside. She loves being face forward in the car now! She loves peek a boo and still loves having her Daddy chase her around crawling. She can stand up not holding onto anything for a few seconds now too. If we laugh at something she'll laugh too a few seconds later! I know she has more things but I can't remember them all!
