Rash of No Fun

Gracie has developed this mysterious rash. I noticed the first "spot" on Thursday night after her bath. It was just a little red dot above her belly button. I've been watching it and it was fine until yesterday afternoon when it was more spots and had spread. I called the after hours clinic and the nurse said it sounded like a yeast infection because it was in her diaper area and she just finished a round of anitibiotics. I was told to get some cream for it (turns out the cream is for athlete's foot, very weird!) I put the cream on and a few hours later the redness seemed to be a shade lighter. Last night though it looked like it was spreading. It was under her arm pits and all over her thighs/chest. I called the after hours again and now it sounded more like a viral infection that needs to run it's coarse. She has no fever, not itching, and same appetite. So we put her to bed hoping for the best. And now...







Now the "rash" has spread to her face this morning. It's above her lip and under her eyes. It is also on her poor little hands and feet. I just don't know! Luckily we already had a Dr. appt tomorrow to check her ears from her sinus infection. I guess we're just going to lay low and hope it will run it's coarse and get out of her!
