Virus

After seeing Gracie's dr. this morning he wasn't sure what the rash was. For sure it wasn't a food allergy or contact allergy which was good news to me. The scary thing was he wasn't sure exactly what it was. He referred us to a dermatologist in the area that sees kids. We actually got an appointment in the afternoon. We made the trip out to West Frisco for about a 5 minute consultation. It is some type of virus. She wrote it down for me but it's a really long name! In English, it's just a virus that needs to run it's coarse. As long as is not itching it will be fine. You don't even want to know what I had to pay for this "specialty" dr. visit. Why didn't I become a dermatologist??? The good news is that she seems fine and the swelling is gone and the spots are becoming lighter and not spreading anymore.

Some were asking what the rash looks like and the dr. reccommended I take pictures. If you don't want to see, don't look!! It wasn't an easy task to hold her down while I did this!!
