Reunion Weekend

It has been 9 years almost since I graduated from college! My sorority sisters thought it was about time we get together. We were going to go down to Waco but ended up having it here in Dallas because more of us live here in the area. I was so excited that my good friend, Hillary, came all the way from D.C and Leslie, who came from New Orleans. We haven't all been together in over 9 years. Too long! We met up for dinner Friday night at the Blue Goose in Addison.

We were all best buds in school. I miss the nights we'd get together and just hang out. Summer, in the middle, is going to have her first baby girl in April (Lily), and Lindsay, in the red, is about to have baby #2 (Carter) any day now! I couldn't believe she came out- she's already dilated and has been having contractions!!!

A group picture, there were a lot of friends that couldn't make it but it sure was fun seeing everyone!

Sat. day we met up at the mall to see each others kids. Most couldn't bring their kids but it was very fun to see all of them running around! Our lives sure are different. Here is Gracie before we left. It is freezing cold here so I got to dress her up cute in this winter outfit.

The play center was so much fun. The mall isn't very close to us that we went to but she had so much fun. I will have to make the trip out there again. Even though there were 10,000 kids running wild she ventured out on her own and met some new friends. Here she is with Avery, I couldn't get them to look. Avery is just a few weeks younger than Gracie.

We tried for a group photo. Tried is the word. See my little angel screaming! I don't know what happened but it only got worse then the others joined in too. After this poor Avery fell off and that was the end of the group picture.

Tonight the girls are meeting up for a much needed spa night. I'm glad too that Gracie will get to spend some quality time with her Daddy. I only wish that she was feeling better. Poor baby has gotten a really bad cold now. Coughing, runny nose and just miserable. Of all weekends!
