Getting Ready

We're getting ready for some visitors this weekend! Grandma and Grandpa Gauger and Auntie Amber are headed down here this up coming weekend for a visit. We are so looking forward to seeing them! I've been running around like crazy trying to empty closets and de-clutter our house. Time for spring cleaning! I was hoping to get a lot down this past weekend but I ended up being sick -sick- sick and taking care of a sick little one too!


This girl has got some upper arm strength! She was doing this over and over last night and just cracking up!

We are hoping, hoping for some much needed rain this week so after lunch today we went out back to play for a bit. It sure is humid and windy!

To get her to look at me I have to sing songs so she tends to bounce around and sway. We love "Wheels on the Bus, Patty-Cake, and a Toodie Ta"

We have a very busy week of school with open house, tutoring, and getting ready for company on Saturday. We are so excited to have Spring Break next week. The joys of teaching- the breaks/holidays! We also have Kelly's birthday next week. He's finally turning the big 3-0 on St. Patrick's Day. I won't be married to someone in his 20's anymore!!
