Friday

Friday started us off on our journey to Nebraska. Our plane left at 8:30 in the morning so we were up around 5 to get ready! It was a very long morning and the flight was okay. I was thinking she might sleep because that is her nap time but I was way wrong. I forgot that she likes to sleep in her bed, she is not a napper in my lap. She was so uncomfortable and every 5 seconds someone was walking by our seat or talking on the intercom. She just couldn't get settled. Grandma Gauger and Amber met us at the airport and brought us back to Columbus. Grandma Gauger and I did everthing we could to keep her up on the 2 hour car ride so she would nap in the afternoon. It wasn't easy, but she did make it and slept over 2 hours when we got home. Grandma and Grandpa Sawyer made it into town and were there Friay afternoon just as Gracie was waking up. She was a little grumpy and not sure where she was!

Kelly was asked to read a scripture at the wedding so here he is practicing at the rehearsal!

At the dinner: It was a long night so I was glad she had a good nap. We didn't have dinner until around 8:15 and her normal bed time is 7!! She entertained herself by playing with confetti on the table!

We actually left a little early (9:15). I made Kelly take us home because I knew Saturday was going to be another big day. She crashed hard around 9:30 at night! I could not get her to look at the camera.
