1st Photo shoot

My background stand came in the mail yesterday and I was so excited! I bought it off Amazon and I have to say that I am so impressed with it! It’s very sturdy and was so easy to put together. The best part is that it all folds up in a nice size bag so that will be great for storing! I’m having a hard time finding what I need for a white background. Blankets are supposed to be the best but not many come in white that are not textured. I like a white background best with Gracie. She just shows up better!  I might even buy some white background paper. I just used sheets today so the background looks terrible!! I dressed her up in her adorable Christmas outfit that we tried to take her picture in last week at the studio.

She was loving the little photo area! She running back and forth having a great time. (A much better experience at home, that’s for sure!)

Jack was loving the photo session too. He got right in and said “cheese!”

I showed Gracie this picture and she said “Aww, I give Jackie a hug!”

Next, she insisted on having her baby in the picture.

This would have been my favorite if she didn’t have the dumb play pen in it!!

Just the first of many fun, little photo shoots we will have at home. It’s hard though because now I want a background light, a newer edition of photo shop, a better lens for my camera, a new background… the list keeps going and going! (It would be easier and cheaper if she’d cooperate at a real photo studios!!)

Tonight we showed her the Santa video and she said she wants to go see Santa. We might swing by the cute Santa by our house on the way home from school tomorrow. We’ll see what happens when we get there!!
