Gracie’s school had a spring program last week. Once again my little darling kept saying she had no idea what songs they would be singing (up until the day of the program). Her teacher assured me she knew all the words but I just wasn’t sure. She really scared me on the way there by telling me they were going to sing Scooby-doo. Her class was to wear orange. Here she is before…
We didn’t have much orange to choose from. I couldn’t find a solid orange top or dress anywhere. Luckily this dress she’s had for awhile worked!
GG and Pop met us there and she was all excited to see her friends from school or as she says it with her southern accent, her (free-ends from skooo-ul)
She did know must of the words it seemed but she would not do ANY Of the hand motions!! She stood with her little hands together must of the time and it looked like she was praying!
I think she was REALLY glad when it was all over
Gracie really has a great year at First Baptist. She has had so much fun and learned a lot! She only has a few more days left there then she’ll be off for the summer with me. She is going to be back there again in the fall in the 3’s class (even though she’ll be almost 4!) I think I’m going to have to work really hard to keep this little one busy this summer. She’s used to solid structure from 8-4!! We’re already signed up for 2 weeks of swimming lessons and hopefully we’ll be packing and moving too. I’m ready for the challenge
