Gracie has had a fun end of the year at school. They’ve been doing all sorts of outside/summer activities to end the year with a bang. One day last week they had a tea party and everyone was supposed to dress up. I thought this was the cutest idea. They had a ‘manners’ class and even learned what you should do with your napkin She got to get all dressed up (something she pretty much hates!) but she did pick out this cute little dress and even requested to wear her pearls. Love that!
They also had a day where the girls get mani/pedi’s and the boys got tattoos and spiked hair. She picked out blue polish, of coarse!
Then they had splash day. She was so excited about that.
And today was her VERY last day of school at First Baptist. She had the best year ever and I am so thankful we made the decision to send her there and stick it out. She loved her teachers and loved going every day! She learned so much and really has made some great friends with the boys
Let’s do a side by side:
1st day of school August 2010
Look how much she’s grown and changed. Look at the doorknob to see how much taller she is. My baby!
She had watermelon day today. Ms. Sydney sent this to me.
Gracie and her favorite, Ms. Sydney (her teacher)
She came home and was super happy!
School’s out for the summer!!!
I have to share my cute Mother’ Day gift that I finally ordered and got today. I love it!
Isn’t it so cute? Now I’ll be stylish while I take pictures Happy weekend and Happy Almost Summer Time!!

Her comparison pictures make me cry....what a difference....from little chubby cheek to thin face and a foot taller. How can we slow her down???
