Our House…

is a very, very, very fine house- so why isn’t it sold? That’s what we want to know! Here’s the latest on our never ending house selling saga.

Yesterday the contingent contract on our house ran out so it got terminated. The lady had 6 weeks to sell and her house didn’t. During that 6 week period we had 2 showings and they were at the very beginning of the contract term. When realtors pull up our house it showed has having a contract. Obviously people did not want to see our house knowing that it had a contract in place- contingent or not. So our house sat and sat and sat and had NO action for 6 weeks. I kept praying and praying and praying her house would sell. We even drove by it just to see what we were dealing with and it looked really cute. I’m not sure why she didn’t get a good contract. But here we are, at the beginning of July and our house goes back on the market- AGAIN.

I’ve had to get back into the cleaning mode again. The month of June I sorta let Gracie have full reign of her house again but not anymore. Dragging out all the playroom toys are OVER. I retook some house pics myself (wish I had done this in the beginning) Here’s a look at what I got…

You don’t know how hard it was to do these pictures!! I had to do and re do and close blinds and turn on all lights. I had to wait until late afternoon because we had so much sunlight it was causing glares. I was being a little bit too picky and I still see things I don’t like but it’s done!

wish us luck in this crazy adventure. I keep pushing on and do not want to give up because I know good things come to those that wait! Right??? That’s what I’m trying to tell myself Smile Hopefully in a few weeks I’ll be back with some good news!

Let the games begin… we are more than ready!

The pictures are great! And it's an adorable house! Beautiful. I don't know what the deal is, but it WILL sell. It will. When? I don't know! But it WILL!
