Gracie's first VBS

Last week was Gracie's very first time to do VBS at our church. You have to already be 4 and finally she made the cut! She was so excited about it but what really made her excited??? Finding out that she had to wear this tshirt every day. She is for sure a tshirt kind of girl :)



 GG took her the first day b/c that was the day we came back from San Francisco. The theme this year was Operation Overboard- Go Deep with God.

She had an amazing week! Every day when I picked her up she was full of smiles and just said she had the best time singing songs and making crafts and learning about Jesus. The final day the 4 and 5's classes put on a very short program and sang a few songs. All the parents had to wait up in the balcany so I got there early (of coarse) and waited and waited. Finally I saw purple shirts coming in (the 4's all had on purple) and I still waited and waited. I could not find her. There were hundreds of kids but still no Gracie. Finally the pews were full of kids and no Gracie. I was just about to get up and go see what was going on when I see her teacher come in with her and 2 other girls. Gracie told me they all had to go potty then one girl lost her shoe? I was so relieved to see her!! Here is when she saw me!

All my pics are blurry but she was far away and there were so many kids! I ended up moving a little to see them sing a little better.

They all did great and it was very short, but cute!

I was happy to see how much she enjoyed her week. We can't wait for next year :)
