I'd say Gracie had a pretty fun birthday. She was up way before the sun and so ready to have her birthday breakfast. She requested strawberry muffins and bacon.
Quick as a wink she got dressed in her birthday t and we gathered her goodies to take to school. She was sooo excited and loved getting all the birthday greetings from strangers and friends. She took cookies, popcorn, and lemonade for a special birthday treat to share with all her friends.
I sent along my camera and her teacher took some pics for me since I couldn't be there. ....
It looks like she had fun anyways! GG picked her up extra early before lunch and we went to a special birthday lunch and birthday present pick out!
Gracie has known about this gift for a few years now and she was counting down. We went to a special place where you can adopt a new baby and she knew she was getting it when she turned 5. She got to look through the nursery and pick her out very special baby. She didn't take long at all- within seconds she chose the baby way in the back, a premie baby :)
She got to name her and answer questions about her. She had to promise to take good care of her and even sign her name.
She had to put on a special gown and even rock her new baby. It was pretty special!
So meet Baby Kiki! We tried changing the name and that was not happening :)
After adopting Kiki Pop met us and we had a fun lunch at the tea room. She got to open a few presents. She got the new Cinderella movie (just released from the vault on her bday) and some princess books/music.
I had to get a picture of Pop in the tea room :)
We looked around the store- my eyes flocked to all the cute baby girl clothes there! So many cute things!!
Thank you GG and Pop for a special birthday lunch :)
Kiki goes just about everywhere with us. She even seat belts her into the car and makes me drive around with her while I'm in the car alone! She now has anywhere from 8-10 kiki outfits and loves feeding her and changing her every few hours. I told GG she created a Mommy MONSTER!

I've never heard of that baby place...it looks so cute! The picture of Gracie at a table with her friends from school cracks me up. Those two girls in the front look SO thrilled ;) I'm so excited you're having a boy! They are so different from girls but so much fun. Think less drama, more noise :) You will love it!!!
