The Nutcracker

We were given free tickets to see the Nutcracker. Kelly has a student who's mom & dad are the directors. Gracie was soooo excited. We'd been counting down for 2 weeks. Finally it was last night.





We had pretty good seats & she just couldn't wait for the show to start!


The first 1/2 she was pretty wiggly. Luckily there were lots of children in the audience. And luckily I brought snacks to keep her busy. We had an intermission & then the rest of the show.





M & M 's kept her busy for the 2nd 1/2. The show was really great. I'd never seen a live performance of the Nutcracker so it was fun for me too. We loved the music too.

On the way home I asked Kelly what he thought & he said, "I had no idea it was going to be a ballet." I laughed so hard. He thought it was going to be a play :) live & learn!!

Her sweet keep sake ornament from the night. She wanted the puppy purse ( she has 10,000 of those). I made her get this. Mommy won :)
