32 weeks/8 months

I am now officially 8 months pregnant! Some days I REALLY feel it, others are not so bad. I am feeling more baby pains- just uncomfortable movements when I'm up walking around. Mostly at school. I have such a tight schedule with small groups of kids that I am constantly on the go and don't get time really to stop and breathe until I'm done for the day. I'm learning that I can't walk as fast and I'm just doing the best that I can. I really only have 5 weeks and 3 days left of school! (I"m planning on taking a personal day right before my big day to spend with Gracie and just relax!) Plus we are off one of my 7 weeks left for Spring Break!

 So today marks the count down. 7 weeks from today I'll have already had baby boy. Unless he comes sooner which is a possibility! I had my 32 week appt and Gracie got to come with me. She was SO excited- but really thought we'd be bringing home baby!! She was glad to meet my sweet Dr and Dr M put her to work. She asked her questions and then had her help measure my belly and do the heart monitor. She loved it.

My dr is wanting to do a sonogram next appt to just see how big this boy is measuring. She's not worried but said I really grew this last 2 weeks (or he did!) Owell! I've started having more back pain but not all the time. It helps to sit and rest. Feet are just starting to swell sometimes but NOTHING like I had with her. By this time with her my back was just awful and I developed carpal tunnel syndrome in my wrists/fingers. It was not pretty! I've probably gained close to 20 pounds but it's about where I was with her. My belly is totally different though than with him. He's very low and she never really got low. We'll see. I'm just happy to be feeling pretty good and am trying to enjoy the last few weeks. This last month really went by so fast and it sort of makes me sad. I'm excited to meet him and all but I don't deal well with change and I know things are going to change like crazy and then finding balance to still give Gracie time. She's had me all to herself for 5 years and 4 months! I"m worried for her but will just do what I can!

Gracie loves trying to take pictures of me! My school shirts that we have to wear have gotten too small in the belly! This is actually one of Kelly's from last year. I'm at the whatever works stage!! Clothes are not my friend :) 

 We shall see what next weeks brings at my appt! Then I'll already be almost 34 weeks!
