Ramsey at 3 weeks

Gracie is still totally in love with her brother. The constant need to be right with him has worn off some. She doesn't ask to feed him every single time now. Sometimes she'll help me start then she's of to something else. She does really like to help so I try and give her things to do. She loves washing out bottles and that helps me! She's a very good errand girl. I'll say "Can you take this to the kitchen?" or "Please take this to Daddy." and she loves doing those little things. I try and compliment her a lot and thank her often to keep her smiling. I know it's hard because she is definitely not getting as much attention from me and sometimes it's negative attention.


Monday was a milestone. GG was out of town all week so I had to do a lot of things on my own for once! I picked up Gracie with Ramsey and that is no easy task. Put him in carseat/ car, drive to her school across town, take him out in car seat. Lug that heavy thing in, sign her out, get her bag, walk down numerous halls of the church to the gym where they are finishing lunch, get her, back down the halls again, through doors and finally back to car where I put him back in and drive home! It's exhausting!!



Kelly helps out by staying up late (sometimes to 1 am) to give him his last night bottle. As you can see, they take cat naps together so he can make it that long! Poor Ramsey's WORST time of day is from 11-1 am so Kelly gets the brunt of that screaming!



And if loosing 1 tooth wasn't enough- 2 days later she lost a SECOND tooth. OMG. She was so excited and now looks even more different with 2 bottom teeth (the first teeth she ever got as a baby) GONE! The tooth fairy is going to be broke : )
