It was a sad day when we had to go for his 2 month visit. 4 yucky shots. Poor guy. He does weigh in at 12.8 pounds. He should double his birth weight by his next appt at 4 months. He's only in the 50-70th % with his weight- because he started off so big I guess! He did grow a little too in length so that's nice. Poor guy was starving and the nurses were taking FOREVER. His Dr did her part fast and he was not happy at all. She thought he looked really good (through his screaming!) and was glad to hear he wasn't having the bad nighttime scream attacks anymore. He got 4 shots but luckily he had his big sis and Momma right there holding his hands. He screamed and did the not breathing thing for a minute and turned beat red. I scooped him up and fed him so he was happier again. The Dr said by next appt he should be tracking us with his eyes, cooing more, standing on his legs for control. I was surprised because he does all 3 of these right now so that's good. He's just been starting to make sounds and it's so funny. The Dr told me the shots could wear him out and they did. This night at 8 weeks he slept a full 6 hour span at night! Hallelujah! It was nice :)
Ramsey- you keep us on our toes at 2 months old. You like to be on the go and are constantly moving your legs kicking. You found your tongue and love to stick it out. You also found your hands and suck on them thinking that just maybe you can get some milk out of them. You love to eat and cry when your bottle is empty. We love you!
