We have health, family, and friends. We have a roof over our heads and food on the table. We are blessed.

Turkey Day 2011

We had a great Thanksgiving! We had our lunch at GG and Pop's. All the cousins were able to come in this year and Baby Mason too! It was so much fun.

This is what we woke up to Thursday morning. Solid fog. We couldn't even see the playground across the street! Now back to Thanksgiving...

Look who got to hold the baby! I caught him in a sweet, little yawn. Love it. I had to get in one too..
I said "Look, he could be our baby!" Super cute baby boy!
Gracie loved snuggling with him too.
The bigger kids had fun coloring turkeys.

Ji watched Pop carve the turkeys.

Papaw was looking forward to a good lunch!

silly cousins!
All the cousins and Ji!

All Papaw's Grandchildren and 3 Great- Grandchildren! So special. I posted this on facebook and one of my friends said we looked just like the Waltons, Ha!!

Now I totally copied this from pinterest but just thought it was the sweetest thing ever. Hands over different ages. We had Papaw who is almost 91 all the way to a 6 week old! Super sweet I thought.

This one was just Papaw with Maxum and Gracie.

I had to dr them up a bit in photoshop but I just love them. What a great memory to always have. Hope you all had an awesome Thanksgiving. We have a lot to be thankful for!!

Gracie on Thanksgiving

Getting Gracie dressed cute is not always easy. She has a big mind of her own and prefers jeans and shirts. I understand, but they don't make many cute clothes for girls that are not dresses! For Thanksgiving I had to let her wear her sqweeker shoes and tell her she could change clothes after lunch. She wasn't thrilled but it worked :)

I had to snap a few pics of her out front. Luckily Maxum came out front with me too to distract her!!

Happy Thanksgviving

As we prepare for our big turkey day things are going to be very busy around here.  We've got lots going on and I just want to enjoy our time as a family.

We want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving!

This year we are most thankful for our new house (and not having a house on the market anymore!) Plus, we're thankful for family, friends, health, and happiness!

Hope everyone enjoys their turkey day with family and friends. We will!!

I'll be back after the holiday to update :)

Turkey Time

We had a great turkey day with lots of yummy food and family. All of my cousins were able to be together. Even though there are only 5 of us- we’re all over and it’s hard to get together on the same holiday.  We had lunch at Papaw’s house and it was the most beautiful day outside!

Here she is all ready to go eat (yeah right, she didn’t eat one bite!)

Maxum couldn’t wait to play FOOTBALL! He had the biggest yard to play in.

The one thing that was missing was our Nana. We sure did miss her yesterday. She would have loved seeing us all together.
