We had a nice Saturday. I’d say relaxing but not so much. Gracie was up around 5:30 (which she’s been doing all last week…..) Not fun on a Saturday morning! I went to the grocery store and did 2 loads of laundry all by 10 am. We ran some errands after we all took a nice nap in the late afternoon…. and….. we ended up going to a furniture store and bought a new couch. (To replace the pretty red one) Sadly our pretty red leather couch is falling apart. It has a bad tear/rip in it from Jack jumping on it and his claws went right through. It happened a few years ago and I’ve tried fixing it with cheap leather repair. It’s just not happening. We even had someone come out today to look at it and he said it has already served it’s purpose (meaning there wasn’t much he could do that wouldn’t cost what we paid for it!) We bought a really pretty couch that should arrive in 3-4 weeks so stay tuned! We had a cold front come through and it was only in the low 90’s today (but still blazing hot in our house for some reason). We’re ready for fall weather!
