*Cable Cars
Everyone has to try riding a cable car in San Francisco. We had no intentions at first but then realized it was the easiest and cheapest form of transportation to places we needed to go. We ended up saving tons of cash by doing a week long pass. Otherwise to ride the trolley it is $6 ONE WAY! Crazy. Our very first ride was interesting. Totally full (as usual) and the driver told me to sit and Kelly had to hang on. Crazy ride!

Very first trolley ride

Our very LAST trolley ride I had to hold on. I had the white knuckles from gripping the pole so tight! Hanging on for dear life. Those things fly on the hills of the city! Was fun though!

*Cable Car Tour - this was a big highlight for me. We got to ride around in an old cable car that now ran on wheels with a really fun driver through the streets of the city. He showed us all fun places and we made a few stops for fun photo ops. It just happened to be a totally clear, beautiful day so we were able to get a real view of the bridge. We had climbed 3 sets of stairs and were on top of a building so it was FREEZING and the wind was going crazy. My scarf was flying all around I thought for sure I'd lose it. I had to hang onto it and try and smooth my hair back so it wasn't all crazy too!

Right by our hotel was "Shannon Ally" This was on the ground so I thought it was a total coincidence!

*Muir Woods tour
This was awesome! We only had a little over an hour here but it was just unbelievable. The biggest redwood trees in North America are housed here and it was breath taking. Totally shaded and quiet. So, so pretty.

***Street Performers
Got to love people trying to get your attention so you'll give them cash. This was who I called "Gold!" He was pretty cool and would stand like a statue. I was totally just wanted to give him some money to take his picture but he wanted ME in the picture with him. Funny.

**Union Square at night
We were 4 blocks from Union Square and it was a great place to people watch. Mostly tourists so it was fun to watch the chaos there! Fun place with great shopping. (All the stores there we have within 10-20 minutes here so I didn't waste my time shopping at any of these stores!)

**Windy much?
Just for laughs. This was our very last day on our boat tour that under the bridge, passed Angel Island, and around Alcatraz. So freaking windy and cold I had to do this. Totally worth it though!!

That last picture of you is hysterical. It looks like you two got to relax and have some fun together...a nice change from the normal day-to-day. Happy for you! We're heading to SFO in Sept. It really is such a great city. I love it there.
