Labor day wknd

Oh how we love long weekends! We haven't done much which is nice. We tried recovering from the 1st week of school. Going back is a beating on all levels!

We did attend a fun bday party at amazing jakes. It's a 2 story place filled with games, rides, & more. They even had a rock climbing wall. She was really wanting to do it but they wouldn't let her b/c she had on sandals. I was mad but those were the rules. She loved the go-karts. Ali volunteered to drive her! Collin turned 5 & his older brother is Maxum's good friend. Gracie likes Collin & they gave an extra long hug when we left. So cute!

Lazy Monday! We did tear our house apart looking for her school shoes. Lost them after only 4 days of school. We did not find them :( I guess the shoe fairy took them. They are her only pair of school approved shoes that fit, bummer.

With sept here the countdown to her bday is on. Last month of the 4's. I started a bday wreath from pinterest & ran out of balloons. So far I worked 2 hrs & used 250 balloons!




Gracie & I also made calm down bottles. One for my kids at school & one for her. Very easy with warm water, glitter glue, & glitter. You shake them then watch as they calm down & it calms angry kids down too.


That's about it! Last year we were packing like crazy about to move!! I prefer the non-moving, stress free labor day ;)
