Snow Fun Again!

We woke up this morning to a complete winter wonderland. All schools around the entire DFW were closed today. This was the view from our window:

What was even nicer was that we didn’t have to get out in it at all! We stayed in our pj’s pretty much all day today and it was wonderful!

We had lots of play time in “Gay-cie’s Room” as she calls her playroom. We sorted bears and played with letters.

Before lunch Kelly decided we needed to go check out the park. Gracie was so happy when we said the word ‘park’!

She was a little disappointed that the park was all wet. She really wanted to go down the slide then got stuck and got upset from her bottom being wet.

 

 

 

I love this next one. It looks like she’s giving me the finger with her glove up. Truth is, she probably is!

She wanted to be held because the snow was taller than her boots. We told her that we were going to go home then if she continued to cry. That made her want to walk!

We broke a record with the snow amount. I think we got around 7-8 inches but around Dallas some places got up to a foot of snow in 24 hours! That amazing for Dallas! It is definitely weird to see snow last longer than 1 day here :)
