Hot Sunday

Okay so blogger is being all shades weird. I usually post through windows live but that is not working either. I sure hope they get this fixed soon!!  We had a good Sunday  but it was H-O-T, hot! It got up to 105 with the heat index in McKinney. Our house is like a sauna upstairs. Anyway, we actually made it to early church (8:45) and we never make it that early. She picked out her purple poodle dress. She even wore her backpack the whole hour again. We tried to beat the heat by swimming in the afternoon at Maxum's house. It was really nice. We went before 12 so the water was still nice and cool. She did really good swimming with me. Excuse her swimsuit. She pitched an all out fit when I went to put her swimsuit on. An "I don't want to wear this shirt!" fit. She found this old swim suit top with non-swimmy shorts and was happy. I pick my battles, okay? She did fall in 2 times on the step. She was reaching for something and went over too far. We were all right there but still. She didn't really cry even though she went under both times. Scary. You have to watch her like a hawk and that is still not enough. We had a good time and we are thankful friends and family have pools we can mooch off of!!
