Happy # 5

My sweet little nephew turned 5 on July 4th. 5, Really? Where have 5 years gone? This year he wanted a Star Wars theme party. Since he has a pool in the backyard it's always a fun party. It rained/poured all night the day before so everything was soaking wet but the kids did not care!

                        Gracie looked miserable but she just took forever to warm up today.
She would point and cry for me. Annoying!! She really only smiled when almost everyone left I let her play in the pool with her water gun. Owell!

Kelly finally drug her in the pool and she just wasn't having it.

At least she looked cute! Love Target swimsuits :)

Maxum was on cloud 9 all day. He had so many friends over to celebrate with him!

There was a special visitor too. Darth Vader came!! (It was really my brother dressed up!!) All the kids went crazy. This one friend of Maxum's said "Hey, that's your dad!" Maxum said "Is that my dad??" It was so funny. Then the kids starting beating up Darth!! He didn't stay very long but it sure was cool!

And where was Gracie during this? Under the tent with Kelly just drinking some juice. My mom was a nervous wreck all week thinking Gracie would wig out but she didn't. (I warned her before he came out but didn't tell her it was her Uncle Kirk!) She kept saying "where's the costume? He go home?"

Gracie got to play with this cutie!

Maxum and friends had so much fun jumping off the board.
