How it all played out…
Gracie and I were home alone one afternoon as Kelly had Back to School Night for 5th grade. We were playing together in her play room and she said “Mommy, I need to poo-poo.” I said “okay, lets go to the potty.” but not really thinking anything because this has happened before with no luck. Well, this was different. She went right in and did her business. We were BOTH SO EXCITED!! Literally we were jumping up and down!

This certain little someone always seems to remember when we promise her something! A few months ago she wanted a new baby but we said no. We told her that if she started using the potty like a big girl then she could get it. I couldn’t resist, so we jumped in the car and raced to Target!
She’s pretty funny! Yea Gracie, We are SO proud of you. Keep it up!!

Go Gracie girl! That is a big step and we couldn't be more thrilled for you or your mommy and daddy! We're throwing a party for ourselves to celebrate the end of diapers over here. It's a great feeling!
