Gracie Says…

Last edition as a 2 year old!!

Gracie still throws out some pretty funny stuff. I really wonder where she gets some of this. It’s hard to remember everything she says but here are some memorable ones!

Whatcha laughing at Daddy, Whatcha laughing at Mommy? (while in the car)

Another time in the car she was being SO quiet. I looked back and she was just staring out the window. I said “Whatcha doing? Just thinking?” and she said “No, I not thinking, I just looking.”

 

While on the potty: “Don’t clap Mommy, I just want to tee-tee.” (Well, excuse me, uhh?)

“Don’t leave me in here Mommy.” (while I stepped out of her play room for a split second.

“It’s just a little dark out Mommy. I just slept really good.” (at 5:45 on Sat. morning when I was telling her she HAD to go back to bed.)

“I’m too tired to talk right now Mommy.”

“I want just a little, little bit” (while shoving a giant wad of butter in her mouth.

“Umm… I don’t know.”

“Don’t laugh at me Mommy!”

“Who are the kids at your school Mommy? What are their names?”

“I love Cinderella and the dorfs Mommy!”

Some funnies about school:

Me: “Gracie, who are your friends at school?”   G: “Umm, there’s……Christopher….”  Me: “And who else?”  G: “Ummm… I don’t really know. I just know Christopher.”

“Bailey cries a lot.”  Me: “Why does he cry?” G: “He misses his Mommy and cries for her.”

“Michael got into trouble. He had to go to timeout.”  Me: “Why did he go to time out?”  G: “Because he wanted the book and the teacher said no!”

Me: “Gracie? Do you go to timeout at school?” G: “Noooo, I good girl.”

Me: Who are your friends Gracie?  G: There’s Brandon, Nicholas, Christopher…      Me: Do you like any girls?    G: Ummm… no. cuz their different…

Me: Who did you play with at school today? G: Shay-shay    Me: Shay-Shay? Who is that?    G: Brandon ( I think our girl has her first crush!)

G: It’s my birthday, not your birthday!

G: Don’t sell all my toys Mommy, cuz I just wont have anything left!

G: It’s my birthday today and I’m gunna beeeeee freee!! (3!)
