Christmas Eve

This Christmas Eve we stayed in all day baking and getting stuff ready. After Gracie’s nap we headed to church for the children’s service. It’s a very interactive (short!) service where the kids get to hang ornaments as the Christmas story is told. I couldn’t believe it but Gracie went by herself down the aisle to put the ornament on.

After church we came back to GG and Pop’s for our annual Mexican food feast. It was super yummy! Then the exciting part, opening the Jack-n-the Boxes!

Both kids got new wardrobes thanks to GG and Pop! They also got some fun wands that were a hit. Gracie got some of the cutest pj’s and a precious new rain coat!

The wands light up and do disco colors on the wall, pure fun!

It was a pretty chilly night so Papaw was all wrapped up!

You don’t know how magical this picture is. Ever since Halloween 2 years ago when my brother dressed up as the scary Joker. Gracie has always been scared to death of him. For some reason she liked him tonight!

After presents it was time for pj’s and dessert!
