Little Fish

We’re taking full advantage of pools because it’s so HOT! Yesterday we stayed over at GG and Pop’s while they were gone and we swam all afternoon before naps and then later on before dinner. Gracie was in heaven!

During her nap I went up to Wal-Mart and got her a little life vest. Last year she would not wear hers but this year is totally different. She loves it and loves being able to ‘swim’ by herself now. It makes her feel safe and that way I don’t have to hang on to her the whole time!

We ate pizza and watched the  Mavs beat up on the Heat!

This morning when Gracie woke up she wanted to swim right away. It was 6:20. She said ‘The sun is out Mommy. I want to swim!” I comprised and we went around 8 ish.

Our little fish. We ended up swimming 2 times before lunch. She just couldn’t get enough!

And here’s the other baby that really wanted to swim but I said “NO!”

I think Jack’s swimming days are over. Poor guy. It just takes forever for him to dry off and he’s prone to ear infections (swimmers ear!)

Gracie starts her swimming lessons next week. She goes M-Thur for 2 weeks. She can’t wait! Here’s to more swimming this summer!!
