Santa Came to see Gracie!!

Since we were out of town on Christmas and Santa really, really, really wanted to visit Gracie at her own house in McKinney, he came when we got home. Isn’t Santa great like that??? Santa had all these great presents for sweet Gracie but I had to make him a deal. Our Gracie got SO MUCH STUFF from her wonderful family that our house can’t hold anymore! (I seriously don’t know how people do it with more than 1 kid!) I want her to really enjoy her stuff and not be too overwhelmed. So my deal with Santa was that he could leave just a few things and I would give Gracie her other Santa gifts in a few months for something new!

Here is what Santa left:

Her very own art easel!! It is a magnetic dry erase/chalkboard easel that folds up easy for storage and travel. It’s also adjustable so it can ‘grow’ with her! Made by crayola and very fun!

She also got some new art supplies like paper, cool crayons, and makers. Then Santa left one present for little Gracie to open.

Santa was so sweet and even came during Gracie’s naptime that way it would be even more special :) When I brought her downstairs I was telling her that Santa came. She ran to her easel and started drawing!

Next she saw the present and tore into it.

I love this one, shows her true excitement when she saw what it was!

And what is it? New ‘stuff’ for her babies. Gracie is still in complete love with her babies. (Especially a brand new one her cousins gave her for her birthday). Santa knew how much she loved babies so he brought some new clothes (real baby clothes!), socks, hats, bottles, spoons, and diapers. That Santa, he just scored major brownie points with Gracie! She immediately went to work dressing up babies.

Thank you Santa!!!

(I will be sure and post when I let Gracie have her other Santa gifts!)
