A Sticky Mess

Popsicles have become Gracie’s favorite thing around here. She even asked for one this morning at 7:30. Of coarse I said No, which turned into her throwing an all out fit. How do you explain to a 2 year old that they can’t have a popsicle because it’s too early? I’m not sure but that’s all I told her “It’s too early” I said. Lately she has been getting one after her nap. It is so hot when she wakes up in the afternoon that I usually have one too!

Today she chose green. She knows all the colors and will request her favorite at the time.

She is pretty good about keeping herself clean until the very end. Even though we eat them inside it doesn’t take long for this thing to melt…

But she is definitely a sticky, hot mess when it’s all over! I try to have a we paper towel on hand to get the drops!
