Beach Fun

We had so much fun playing out on the beach. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves the entire week. The houses around us were mostly all privately owned, not rented so we didn’t see hardly any people at all. It sure was fun to have the beach all to ourselves!

This was the view from the patio to the house. One day there were some big ships out so it was fun to watch them. Pop set up the tent so we would have some nice shade. The tent was the best thing ever! It was pretty nice under the shade.

The house had this long walkway that went al the way to the sand. It would be so hot to walk on w/o shoes but it was better than walking in hot sand!

Gracie loved the water again this year. She walked out some and then loved it when Kelly took her out far to get the waves.

The water was really shallow for like 50 or so yards. This was great for Gracie. She loved tromping through the water.

I made the little stinker wear a hat. It was just too hot and I worried about her baby soft skin on her face :)

This was her first taste of the sand on the day we arrived. We were just so happy that she wasn’t dramatic this year about the sand and water. What a difference a year makes :)
